Alex Nielsen | Senior Associate

Alex is a registered Architect and has played a key role in various projects within the office including the newly completed Brooke Street Pier project and the national award-winning Mountain Retreat Medical Centre.

​

Alex Nielsen graduated with a Masters of Architecture from the University of Tasmania in 2011, receiving a high distinction for his final professional project.

​

In 2010 Alex was selected to study at the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Copenhagen as part of the University’s exchange programme. In the same year he also received the inaugural Rory Spence Travel Scholarship for research in Europe.

​

Alex was placed on the Dean’s Roll of Excellence at the University of Tasmania in 2009 and 2011.
