Paddy MacPherson | B.Arch. M.Arch

Paddy began working with Circa in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Design from Newcastle University and a Masters of Architecture from The University of Melbourne. His master's thesis focused on the interaction between infrastructure  and sensitive ecologies in regional Victoria.

 

Prior to Hobart, Paddy worked in Sydney, then Melbourne, where he gained experience on projects of varying scales, from high end residential, to community focused public buildings and urban design projects.

 

Complimentary to his work in architecture Paddy has worked as teaching associate at Monash University and curated exhibitions for Melbourne Design Week, and the Australian Research Council. He has a particular interest in heritage, craft and re- imagining traditional building materials.
